Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Treform ("the Service"), operated by Treclipse Inc. It supplements our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, generate, or distribute through the Service any content that:
- Violates applicable law or third-party rights;
- Infringes intellectual property, trade secrets, publicity, or privacy rights;
- Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory based on a protected characteristic;
- Sexualizes or exploits minors, or constitutes child sexual abuse material ("CSAM");
- Depicts real identifiable people in non-consensual sexual, intimate, or otherwise misleading ways (including non-consensual synthetic imagery);
- Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or the planning of real-world violence;
- Facilitates the creation of weapons (including firearms, explosives, chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons) or the circumvention of safety-critical systems;
- Deceives or defrauds users, including phishing pages, fake credentials, or false claims of affiliation.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, our infrastructure, or other users' use of the Service;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, or to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission;
- Circumvent usage limits, quotas, rate limits, or access controls (including automated retries designed to bypass metering);
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service other than as expressly permitted;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- Resell, white-label, or provide the Service to third parties as a standalone offering without a written agreement with Treclipse;
- Use the Service or its AI features to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or otherwise support a product that competes with Treform or the underlying model providers;
- Introduce malware, ransomware, or any code intended to damage, disable, or impair the Service or any user's device.
3. AI-Specific Rules
- Do not use the AI features to generate content that violates Section 1, including content designed to impersonate a real person, mislead voters, or defraud;
- Do not attempt prompt injection, jailbreaks, or other techniques intended to subvert model safety or extract system prompts, tool schemas, or confidential context;
- Do not use AI Outputs as a substitute for professional architectural, engineering, structural, zoning, accessibility, code-compliance, or life-safety advice. Obtain licensed professional review before relying on any AI Output for construction or permitting.
- If you use the Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) plan, you must comply with the upstream model provider's usage policies (including Anthropic's).
4. Professional Use Disclaimer
The Service is a design tool, not a licensed architecture, engineering, or construction service. Outputs (including scene geometry, renders, and AI suggestions) may contain errors, omissions, code-compliance issues, or unsafe configurations. You are responsible for independent verification and licensed professional review before relying on any output for a real-world project.
5. Copyright and DMCA Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to support@treclipse.ai with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Please include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service (URL or project ID);
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the DMCA, including by removing or disabling access to infringing material and, where appropriate, terminating repeat infringers.
6. Reporting Violations
To report suspected violations of this AUP (including CSAM, non-consensual imagery, security incidents, or account abuse), email support@treclipse.ai. We prioritize reports involving safety, minors, or ongoing harm.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, reporting to law enforcement, and pursuing legal remedies. Violations may also result in termination under the Terms of Service. We may update this AUP from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
